As the year comes to an end, I couldn’t help to think how good it was to me. I mean, this was one of the best years I’ve had in my 25 years. I truly hope that this New Year brings new blessings and memories to enjoy for the rest of my life. I know I’m sounding a little dramatic, but I’m an intense individual. I know that I will never forget the following:
Undefeated season in basketball
City Championship (youngest coach)
2008 Mustang GT/CS
Lakers making another unexpected impressive finals appearance
Kobe Bryant MVP
Vacations
1st place in the early season tournament
Best semester teaching
Frankie J concert (VIP access and autographs)
L.A. Lakers defeating the Boston Celtics on Christmas (great Christmas present)
Sunday masses streak alive
Most communions in a year
Need I say more: It just gives me chills because this will allow me to be challenged, challenged in a way to try to recreate another successful year. I know what it takes, but now, thank God, I’m wiser, stronger, and spiritually prepared to conquer. With God all things are possible. Thank you great King, and thank you to all of you for your support. Hang on because there’s more surprises coming up in the New Year ;)
